Project Challenges Overcome

  • There was limited access during setup and demolition operations. SAT had limited stalls for setup and waste, which required the team to fill and remove twice a day during specific hours.
  • The adjacent areas were occupied and had high traffic, so logistics had to be managed precisely.
  • Due to the building being operational during the renovation time, SAT had to be aware of noise controls and schedule shifts to ensure noise reduction.
  • Met a tight timeline despite the high degree of unknowns.
